wow sorry i havent written in forever!
well last weekend tiana, katie and i all went to provo for fun. It was so great! I hung out with Amanda and Megan as well as Wissa and Andrew (they came down as well). It was so fun but coming home was horrific. We got home late and I just didnt want to go to work the next day. So i didn't. hahaha. oh yes, i was sitting in class feelin especially tiresome on friday morning when i realized for that whole week from monday-friday i had a total of 17 hours of sleep. yikes! I'm starting to feel the exhaustion from early mornings, but it doesnt seem to be too overwhelming..yet...and don't worry. I made a vow with myself to get more sleep this week.

and i did! It was quite a boring week in the sense that i tried to get to bed extremely early every night and thus didnt have much of a social life. oh yes let's back track. So i went to Man's ward on sunday where they talked about a "media fast" in which you go without music, t.v., internet, newspaper anything. for two weeks until general conference. Without thinking, i thought i'd be able to do it! yeah that lasted a total of likr 12 hours. which made me feel really pathetic. Especially beause all of my guyfriends are on missions in which you dont have that for two yearssss basicaly i'm pathetic. wow.

on thursday this week me, lauren and mandi all went to the D.I. looking for buried treasure. in which we found lots of! i found the cutest dresses (they need repairing) but they're quite cute! i also to poor dad's dismay, bought cowboy boots. hahah they're awesome! and they'e broken in so they're quite comfortable to wear. we also found the love of our lives, joey fatone from nsync, as a bobblhead. he now rests on our t.v. stand and protects us. i also found a sweet jacket that reminds me of Heck's teal and purple and pink jacket. except mine is white and it's hillarious. (keep in mind i am a poor college student and all of these purchases were like $1-$6). we also found this beautiful couch (lauren's laying on it). i do believe we're going to buy it today. it's beautiful and comfortable and we have lots of people over all the time. ooh yes, and it's VERY cheap. hahaha. i'm quite excited about that one!

Today Mandi and I woke up SUPER EARLY (it's my day off) to go to the plasma center to get physical appointments. sidenote: it takes forever to get let into the center. seriously we sat outside for about an hour before it opened to be able to get in. they had 6 spots and like 15 people showed up. it's that insane EVERYDAY. anyways! we got spots for today so we're officially selling our bodies to go to school. bahahahahahahha. i'm excited though, it should be intense since it's about an hour with the needle in your arm....let's hope i can do it!! :)

tonight is the 80's dance, i think i'm going to a bonfire in the dunes instead..we'll see..
